The APGSA hosted their first clinical skills weekend of the year on the 24th – 26th March at Grey Hare Farm in Johannesburg. Lectures were given by Rosanne le Jeune, Dawn Mansfield, Glenda Francis, Jayne Lawless, Amie Sterwart, Lauren Morrison (vet) and Sasha Chelin. This weekend focused on the head, neck and forelimb of the horse.

Our annual AGM was also incorporated into the weekend, and was held on the 24th of March.

The weekend was a great success! Below are some of the photos taken.

The AGM was held at 17h30 at Grey Hare Farm and included a presentation by Julie from DJO Global/Chattanooga on their wireless stims machine. Great refreshments were provided, and we managed to discuss a few pertinent topics. The evening also saw three new category A physios receiving their certificates – namely Micaela Dias (Equine), Kim Reitz (Equine) and Diana Bollweg (Canine).
